We discussed the campaign’s details at length with our client to determine the objectives, target market, time rame and brand guidelines. Through our findings with them and further research, we outlined the features and user flow of the app.
Before getting into the nitty gritty of UI design, we first put the entire user experience down on paper. These allow us to map out what people see on each screen and how they interact with the different elements and features.
We now jump into writing code. All the features that have been outlined are developed using technology that is cross platform and cross device. We need it to run in all major browsers and on all screen sizes. Incremental demos are sent to our client for review and iterations are made based on their feedback.
The client is very happy with how everything turned out and the application is ready to go live. We now deploy it to our production servers and get our 24/7 monitoring tools ready for the traffic.
