IGN in collaboration with Capcom wanted to host a sweepstake in order to promote the new smash hit video game, Dragon’s Dogma.
A simple sweepstakes app, the users were given an entry into the sweepstake for Liking the IGN Facebook Page and watching a trailer for the upcoming game. The icing on the cake however, was that a user can gain a 2nd bonus entry by Liking the Capcom page as well.
We created a robust back-end admin panel where the moderators can access all the data that is collected and have the option to export it into CSV format in order to be able to open it in any 3rd party software of their choosing.
The trailer was watched tens of thousands of times and both IGN and Capcom managed to gain thousands of new fans through this application’s Like-gate. The game itself was a huge success as it gained critical acclaim throughout the industry.Launch Application
